Senior Authorized Person (SAP): High Voltage Safety & Operational Authorisation

High voltage electrical systems present significant operational and safety challenges that require competent leadership, rigorous procedures and strict compliance with electrical safety regulations. Senior Authorized Persons (SAPs) play a critical role in ensuring the safe operation, maintenance and isolation of high voltage networks while protecting personnel, equipment and business continuity. This intensive five-day programme provides participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to perform the responsibilities of a Senior Authorized Person within industrial facilities, utilities, power generation, transmission, distribution and oil & gas environments. The course covers electrical safety principles, high voltage system operation, switching programmes, isolation procedures, permit-to-work systems, emergency response and operational leadership.
